Dividend policy
As provided in its Dividend Policy, Technip Energies intends to pay a dividend annually.
The Company anticipates proposing to pay a dividend that is sustainable with potential for growth over time.
As approved at the Annual Shareholder Meeting on May 5, 2026, a cash dividend of €1.00 per share will be distributed for the 2025 financial year.
The ex-dividend date will be May 18, 2026, the record date for the dividend is May 19, 2026, and the dividend will be paid on May 20, 2026.
